Pelvic Health & Continence
Helping women, men and children regain confidence through evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy.
Can we help?
Pelvic health concerns are incredibly common — and evidence-based treatment options are available. If any of these sound familiar, you're in the right place.
Our approach
We look beyond the symptoms to understand what's really going on — then build a plan around you.
A pelvic floor physiotherapist assesses how the pelvic floor muscles, bladder and bowel are working together. Continence physiotherapy uses that assessment to build an individualised plan, rather than a set of generic exercises.
We assess factors that may be contributing to your symptoms — not just the symptoms themselves.
Your story and your goals shape everything we do.
A tailored plan matched to your body and lifestyle.
Helping you return confidently to the things you love.
Ask us anything — no pressure, no referral needed.

Understanding your body
