No referral is needed — you are welcome to self-refer at any time. We also accept GP Chronic Condition Management Plans (GPCCMP) and NDIS referrals.
Yes. Your care is private, respectful and handled confidentially in accordance with our privacy and professional obligations.
Yes. Pelvic floor training before surgery (prehabilitation) may support continence recovery following prostate surgery.
Never. It can be a useful part of assessment, but is always optional and only ever done with your informed consent.
Initial appointments are 60 minutes, so there is time to listen, assess and begin treatment. Follow-up appointments are shorter.
Comfortable clothing you can move in. You will always be draped and kept comfortable.
Treatment is tailored to your comfort. If an assessment or treatment reproduces symptoms or feels uncomfortable, it can be modified or stopped at any time.
Yes — if your private health extras cover physiotherapy, appointments are paid in full on the day. You can then submit your receipt to your private health fund to claim any rebate.
