At Flourish Health Clinic, we believe great healthcare starts with connection — a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported and confident in your care.

Shauna Andreotti

Pelvic Health & Continence Physiotherapist
Founder & Principal Physiotherapist

Shauna is a Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist dedicated to helping women, men and children improve their quality of life through evidence-based, compassionate care.

She holds a Master of Continence and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Curtin University, with further training in Pessary Management for Pelvic Organ Prolapse (University of Adelaide) and dry needling. With over seven years’ experience across private practice, hospital and maternity settings, she has worked extensively in antenatal and postnatal care, pelvic floor rehabilitation, clinical Pilates and hydrotherapy.

Shauna treats a broad range of bladder, bowel and pelvic floor conditions in women and men, including incontinence, overactive bladder, pelvic organ prolapse, constipation, pelvic pain and sexual dysfunction. She also supports pregnancy and postnatal recovery, and provides rehabilitation before and after prostate surgery.

Having worked alongside a paediatric urologist in private practice, Shauna also provides paediatric continence care — assessing and managing bladder and bowel dysfunction in children, including bedwetting, urgency, recurrent UTIs and constipation, while working closely with families to develop practical strategies.

Shauna takes a holistic, individualised approach — working with patients to identify the underlying cause of their symptoms and building personalised treatment plans grounded in education and practical strategies.

Outside the clinic, Shauna enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children, cooking, walking and family adventures.
