Appointments, Bookings & Cancellation Policy

At Flourish Health Clinic, we understand that plans can change. We kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment or workshop. This allows us the opportunity to offer your place to another patient.

Clinic Appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee.

Cancellation fees are applied at the discretion of Flourish Health Clinic and the treating practitioner, with consideration given to illness, emergencies and other exceptional circumstances.

Face-to-Face Workshops

We understand that circumstances can change after booking a workshop. If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

Where possible, your booking may be transferred to another available Flourish workshop date.

If you cancel within 48 hours of the workshop and do not transfer your booking to another available workshop, a cancellation fee of 50% of the workshop fee may apply.

Workshop cancellation fees are applied at the discretion of Flourish Health Clinic.
